SIGN UP AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

If you haven't already, please FIRST visit our Prerequisite and Cancellation Policy pages, then complete the following:

1) Add TotalArtistMasterclass@gmail.com to your email contacts.
    We will be sending a confirmation email as well as an update or
    two prior to the day of class.
    
    
2) Send an email from a VALID email address to
     the following information:
                                    
~Full name
~Valid Phone Number
~Valid Email address
~Age (if under 18)
~Indicate if you will be participating or observing 


3) Make payment of $200 via one of the following options and be sure to indicate that it's for Total Artist Masterclass (sorry, no cash or checks accepted):
